Molly Fiander
MFL Founder
Molly qualified as a veterinary nurse in 2017 and moved into locum work shortly after, not as a grand plan, but because life took her there. She quickly fell in love with the flexibility and autonomy, but found the reality behind the scenes confusing, isolating, and far harder than it needed to be.
That experience is why Management For Locums exists.
Molly built MFL to make locum working clearer, more supportive, and more sustainable, for both veterinary professionals and the practices that rely on them. She still works as a small animal locum RVN and builds the platform from inside the industry, shaped by real conversations and real challenges.
Outside of work, Molly can usually be found boxing, walking Stan Lee, her big loveable bully breed, or nerding out on anything Marvel. Molly also supported and scaled her boyfriend's classic car restoration business. They plan on driving to Nuremberg soon. She’s passionate about building things that genuinely help people and doing it with transparency, humour, and heart.
Business strategy & marketing consultant
Ryan Robert Johnson
Ryan brings a strong background in strategy, operations and growth, with experience supporting businesses through brand development, digital transformation and commercial expansion. Having worked across multiple sectors, he understands the importance of aligning vision with execution, ensuring ideas translate into measurable impact.
Outside of work, Ryan enjoys hiking, and keeping active, alongside attending live events, and travelling. He is passionate about exploring new places, and always has a new adventure on the horizon to look forward to.

Helena
Helen supports MFL’s B2B relationships and works closely with companies that align with MFL’s values. She focuses on building meaningful partnerships that genuinely add value to the community, not just ticking boxes or chasing logos.
With a people-first approach, Helen helps connect MFL with organisations that support transparency, fairness, and better outcomes for veterinary professionals and practices alike. Her work ensures collaborations are purposeful, practical, and rooted in long-term impact.
Chief Treat Officer
Stan lee
Stan lee is a devoted carrot enthusiast with a non-negotiable Sunday roast tradition (though Butternut Box is his true favourite), he brings XL energy and the biggest smooshy presence to every task.
Outside of the office, Stanley enjoys long countryside walks each morning, unless there’s been a night shift, in which case he’s firmly on nap-duty instead. Rescued after being dumped at the vets, he found his forever home despite short-hair allergy concerns, proving it was simply meant to be.
