What is a Locum Bank?
A Locum Bank is a curated pool of locum professionals that a veterinary practice can rely on for temporary staffing needs. Unlike traditional recruitment methods, a locum bank provides a ready-to-use network of vetted and trusted professionals who are familiar with the practice's specific needs, culture, and processes.
How does joining a locum bank work? I don't want to book any shifts right now
Joining a locum bank can be a flexible and low-commitment way to stay connected with potential shifts, without having to book anything immediately. You will receive an email to create a free locum account on MFL and be automatically added to all locum banks you have selected. When that bank adds a shift you will be the first to know about it!

When you’re ready to start booking, you’ll have easy access to vetted practices with transparent payment and shift details. You can browse and pick up shifts that match your preferences via your MFL portal
